APPRENTICE PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Laborers’ Local 310 sponsors a Construction Craft Laborer (CCL) apprenticeship registered with the State of Ohio. The program combines:

  • 4,000 hours of paid on-the-job training under signatory contractors

  • ≈ 436 hours of related classroom instruction, which will take place at either the Laborers’ Local 310 Training Center in Cleveland, OH or the Ohio Laborers’ Training Center in Howard, OH

  • Rotations that expose apprentices to building, demolition and environmental work, ensuring a well-rounded skill set

Completion earns journey-level status, portable credentials and full fringe-benefit eligibility.

Apprentice Wages

1 to 1,000 hours - 60% of the Journeyman's rate

1,001 to 2,000 hours - 70% of the Journeyman's rate  

2,001 to 3,000 hours - 80% of the Journeyman's rate  

3,001 to 4,000 hours - 90% of the Journeyman's rate  

4,001+ hours - Full rate
