APPRENTICE PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Laborers’ Local 310 sponsors a Construction Craft Laborer (CCL) apprenticeship registered with the State of Ohio. The program combines:
4,000 hours of paid on-the-job training under signatory contractors
≈ 436 hours of related classroom instruction, which will take place at either the Laborers’ Local 310 Training Center in Cleveland, OH or the Ohio Laborers’ Training Center in Howard, OH
Rotations that expose apprentices to building, demolition and environmental work, ensuring a well-rounded skill set
Completion earns journey-level status, portable credentials and full fringe-benefit eligibility.
Apprentice Wages
1 to 1,000 hours - 60% of the Journeyman's rate
1,001 to 2,000 hours - 70% of the Journeyman's rate
2,001 to 3,000 hours - 80% of the Journeyman's rate
3,001 to 4,000 hours - 90% of the Journeyman's rate
4,001+ hours - Full rate
