About us

Who we are

Laborers’ Local 310 is an affiliate of the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA), a union of more than 850,000 members across the United States and Canada.

A brief history

Chartered on November 9, 1925, Local 310 has supplied trained, reliable laborers to major construction sites throughout our jurisdiction for nearly a century. Today we work with more than 500 signatory contractors.

What our members do

Our laborers support or “tend” a wide range of trades—including carpentry, masonry, concrete, operating engineering, plumbing, and more. They also fill supervisory roles and handle specialized work such as asbestos and hazardous-waste abatement.

Training & apprenticeship

Local 310 is a major supporter of the Ohio Laborers’ Training Center, where members earn industry-recognized certifications in courses that run from one day to two weeks.

To prepare the next generation, we offer a jointly administered Construction Craft Laborer Apprenticeship Program. Apprentices combine on-the-job experience with classroom and hands-on instruction, ensuring they are ready for the evolving demands of the construction industry.

Our headquarters

We are located at 3250 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44115. In addition to housing Local 310 offices and meeting space, the building is home to several labor organizations and serves as a venue for union and community events.

Looking ahead

Guided by the principle that strong members create strong projects, we continue to recruit, train, and support the workforce that builds Northeast Ohio — today and for the future.
